What does a managed IT agreement include?

Not at all. We work with property management on circuits, riser access and shared Wi-Fi, and keep your network separate from other tenants.

Yes. We help you answer vendor questionnaires accurately, close gaps such as missing MFA or unencrypted laptops and keep evidence for the next review.
Do you work with financial advisers and CPA firms?
Yes. We put in place the technical controls the FTC Safeguards Rule and SEC Regulation S-P expect, such as MFA, encryption and incident response, and help you document them.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person?
Yes. We can take the help desk, monitoring, security or backup work while your staff member focuses on projects. Responsibilities are written down.
Do we still need Windows 10 machines replaced?
Windows 10 support ended in October 2025. We check which PCs can upgrade to Windows 11 and plan replacements for the rest.
What happens if ransomware hits us?
We isolate affected machines, find out what was accessed, restore from protected backups and help you notify your insurer, bank or clients if needed.
